When it comes to website design most sites make the same mistake. They believe that 'flashy' or FLASH equates to 'successful' - often losing the potential client simply because they can't find what they want. They forget that the web is a 'pull' medium not a 'push' medium.

The second mistake is in the development of menu navigation. The customer is looking for answers to their questions - most websites start by trying to tell them about themselves - they try to push what they want at the viewer rather than assisting them to pull the information they are looking for. The normal response is for the user to quit the site because it is taking them too long to find what they want - no matter how sexy it looks. These are basic fundamentals, along with many others, yet they are so often overlooked in most website designs.

In designing a website we apply all the fundamentals of advertising communications combined with the strategic knowledge of effective website construction techniques to deliver the results required to create websites that deliver to both the client and the user in the most cost effective manor.
